Booking Terms
Quotes and confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after you accept the written itinerary, vehicle, inclusions, total fare and payment schedule, and we acknowledge the required booking amount.
Inclusions
Your written quote controls what is included. Fuel, driver allowance, toll, parking and permits may be included depending on the package. Unless stated otherwise, attraction tickets, meals, accommodation, activity fees and personal expenses are separate.
Changes and delays
Travel times may change due to traffic, weather, road closures or local restrictions. We may suggest a reasonable route or attraction change where safety or access requires it.
Cancellation and refunds

Traveller responsibility
Travellers are responsible for accurate booking information, personal belongings, following safety instructions and checking suitability of activities. We are not responsible for closures or events outside reasonable control.
